Screen Turns Grey and I Always Get Kiched Out Of The Game!!

hi.
1st: every time someboby (from the opposite team (enemy)) shoots, my screen turns grey!! on low details it does the same.
2nd: if i want to go in a game, thats already in progress, i get kicked out of the whole game. if i start op7 again, it says "disconnected from server", so i have to trie 30 times until i get back into op7
3rd: when i got into a game, i usually get kciked out (like above)...

HELP!!!!!

1. Go to Settings and turn off Dynamic Lightning
2. and 3. u porb had some prob installing, reinstall, without disturbances (minimizing, or doing other stuff).

yea u have to turn off dynamic lighting i had the same problem and idk about getting kicked.

i still get kciked out, and i was lagging because of wireless lan..
